Traceable soil, highland elevation, and processing built for clarity in the cup.

Traceable from soil to shipment
Our Uragaa Gmma'aro Kolla station is situated at altitudes over 2,100 meters above sea level in the Guji highlands. The rich volcanic soil, combined with cool microclimates, fosters slow cherry development resulting in the floral, honeyed notes that specialty roasters crave.
Fully ripe cherries are de-pulped within hours. Clean volcanic spring water feeds our washing channels to preserve clarity and density in every lot.
