Our Shakkisoo Gidhe washing station works with local smallholders (out-growers) in Guji Zone. We process both natural sundried coffees and washed lots, providing premium prices, agricultural training, and high-quality processing standards to ensure excellent cup profiles.

Fully ripe cherries are de-pulped within hours. Clean volcanic spring water feeds our washing channels to preserve clarity and density in every lot.
