Guji Uraga Coffee Farm & Washing Station

Regional Micro-climate

Traceable Soil Attributes

Located at altitudes over 2,100 meters above sea level, our Uraga farm yields beans of exceptional density and flavor complexity. The rich volcanic soil, combined with cool microclimates, fosters slow cherry development. This results in the floral, honeyed notes that specialty roasters crave.

Upon harvesting, the fully ripe cherries are de-pulped within hours. Clean volcanic spring water feeds our natural washing channels to preserve clarity.
