Traceable Soil Attributes

Our Shakiso washing station works with over 800 local smallholders (out-growers) in Guji Zone. We process both natural sundried coffees and washed lots. We provide premium prices, agricultural training, and high-quality processing standards to ensure excellent cup profiles.

Upon harvesting, the fully ripe cherries are de-pulped within hours. Clean volcanic spring water feeds our natural washing channels to preserve clarity.
